Zilch Day 21

21st full day without stepping foot on the local trail
(or any trail) to go for a run or a hike.

Just about 22 total days since.

I've kept busy but it's still been depressing.

My situation isn't one I can't handle.

God won't give us anything we can't handle.

My situation is completely petty compared to what so many go through,
what so many live with each and every year of their lives.

But sitting around getting fat and unhealthy I just can't ignore and push aside.

I know I'll get back out there but when?

Soon. It's gotta be.
