The following pics were not easy for me to find, scan, and post. Why wasn't it easy? It hurts like hell right now typing this... Cassidy died 3 months ago this afternoon. There are many days when I'm not sad but... when I get to thinkin' about it, I really miss him. He was amazing. He was the best darn Dead hiking dog there ever was!

Well, I don't think I put up many shows in the past week but oh well. Yikes, aside from that 1966 stuff, nothing? I don't remember, I'm not gonna check, but hopefully 3 or 4 shows next week so it'll be a busy one.

Now, just some mostly random old postcards and photos of mine.

The postcards are ones my grandma had kept/collected. She's since passed away and I'm keeping a few but most I don't have any personal connection to so I've been wanting to auction them off on ebay to old postcard collectors... but before then I thought I'd post or two from time to time...

Oh wait, that's what I get paid to do... and it's what I've come to enjoy doing... guess I'd better hurry up in case a call comes in and I've got to be out the door in a moment's notice...

	When my dear ol' Grandma passed away several years ago, I gained possession of her fairly huge collection of old postcards. They've been boxed up for so long and most of them I've been meaning to auction off on ebay... I'm keeping some but most just don't have any sentimental meaning to me plus I don't really like to own stuff. In any case, I thought I'd post one now and then...

On the end of the Grateful Dead 1995 Summer Tour, driving to Springfield, Illinois (and onto Soldier Field in Chicago) from the campground in Wentzville, Missouri on the morning after the Riverport Amphitheatre shows in nearby Maryland Heights.

After heading east to downtown S.L., we (my friend Mike from Coral Springs, Florida was with me) swung north along the Missouri side of the Mississippi River before eventually crossing at Hannibal, hometown of some famous dude named Samuel Clemens.

I promised my friend Sugar Mag a pic of my dog as a puppy... here's one that's kinda blurry. Why this one? I'm saving the best for last (I'll post those eventually for all puppy lovers to go, "Awwwwwww.")

Randomness for a Tuesday Afternoon

It's Random Old Postcard Time, Volume 2, from my grandma's collection that I hope to eventually sell on ebay for at least a buck a piece... some might be pretty collectible to... to old postcard collectors, who else? Hey, I don't need 'em, they're not sentimental to me or nothin' and I don't like to own stuff...

I can't think of a title right now. Is there some law that says there's gotta be one? Well? HUH?!? WHAT ARE YOU LOOKIN' AT?!?!?!

No music today. Yesterday. I'm confused. It's closing in on midnight so it's still today. But it's 4 hours behind the majority of America's East Coast-based population. 99% of anyone who reads this will read it tomorrow. Today. Not yesterday.

I didn't go for a run. I should have. Stoooopid!

Didn't press play on a show either. A music-less day.

Highest temperature of the year we had -- 57-58° (about 14 C.)
Oh so close to 60... not there yet. Almost May and no 60 yet.
