Ain't it grand?

When once 6 days without exercise
was the end of the world (almost,)
now here I am at 60 days.

Oh joy.

Still there's a mild discomfort
(extremely low on the Pain Scale, like a 2-3)
sometimes when I step forward just the right way. Not okay. Or is it?

I guess I'll have to find out.
