Don't Tax My Mutterings!

Today is just downright depressing. It's 70° and sunny. Hang on, lemme go see if there are any clouds in the sky ...... yes, but because they're the pure white puffy, floaty ones, it's still picture perfect. So then what's the problem? The problem is IT'S NOVEMBER FREAKIN' 1ST!!!! Whoops -- 2nd. This weather is NOT appropriate. I know, that doesn't really make sense considering the vast climate zones of this continent. This weather now in Fargo or Sioux Falls or Minneoooota wouldn't make sense, but I suppose it makes sense for the Lowcountry of South Carolina. I dunno. Then again, in central Alaska right now, the weather resembles what most of America considers the dead of winter (or worse) -- 4°(F), completely overcast with light snow. Seriously... how beautiful does that sound!!!!? It's a Winter Freakin' Wonderland. I'll tell ya this -- no worries about having a White Thanksgiving! That's a given!

Mmm... while I do like that, it's not really Fall, is it? It
is Fall for central Alaska but it's not Fall Fall, like changing leaves and crisp days Fall. It's not Autumn in New Hampshire, that's for sure. Nope, Fall in Alaska is gone, it lasted like a mere couple weeks. Here... well, I just don't know what the heck is up here. 70°? That just ain't right.

Enough complaining. I don't know how long I'll be in this hellhole... but it won't be forever! I'll move to a place where, for the most part, they have 4 actual seasons and then, rather than despise it, I can enjoy the weather. Groovy.

The word(s)
:: and I think ... ?

1. In love :: yes, it's good to be. and when you're married and not in love, when you simply can't get that marriage to that blissful place it should be, you ought to get out of that marriage. *** And then... one ex (or soon-to-be ex) should stop obsessing about knowing everything he can about the other ex's life. Just let it go. If you've got kids together, be a great co-parent... but leave her alone i.e. stop watching what she posts and/or the comments she makes. It's pathetic... but it's forgivable... if it stops.

2. Be my guest :: have some ice cream. Yeah, umm, I have no idea why that came to mind, I guess because nothing else automatically did.

3. Number one :: star

4. Swallowed whole :: pass

5. 50 percent :: close to one of the words last week or the week before. Half.

6. Made in :: USA!!!!!! If taxes on companies are raised, those companies will have to cut back and if it doesn't mean people will be layed off, it could mean less products will be Made in USA. It could even mean that some companies in the United States will decide to close down altogether. Why? The U.S. already has the 2nd Highest corporate tax rate in all the world. How many countries are there? A few, right? It already is cheaper to do business just about ANYWHERE else in the world. Is it right to encourage more companies to close up shop and leave the U.S.? It might be better to give them more money (lower their taxes) so they can have the chance to prosper, to give people jobs and to let there be more products Made in USA? Makes sense, doesn't it? It doesn't make sense, by raising taxes, to endanger the jobs of so many average American workers who are just trying to earn a living, raise a family, pay bills, put food on the table, hopefully maybe send a kid or two to college. Why should that worker be layed off and left in the cold all because taxes were raised for the company he or she works for? Voting for higher taxes is spitting in that American's face.

7. Supplement :: vitamin ... I suppose they might be a benefit to some people who don't have access to nutritional foods... but I don't personally want such supplements in my life.

8. Right for :: me ... what might be right for you, might not be right for me.

9. Endless :: nights

10. Ceramic :: mug
