run

Monday Morning Run: 26 minutes 20 sec | +9 sec |
3 Days Since My Last Run
9:15 a.m. - 72° - nice but WAY too humid
I'm glad I ran this morning only because now it's raining. Not that I can't run in the rain... but it would be messy on the trail I run on. There was a TON of rain yesterday, almost all day long, stopping for ten minutes here and ten there; it went like that for like ever. Today there were several spots I had to jump over and/or go around to avoid maybe slipping in mud. No worries, though, I'm agile. The worst thing was the humidity. It's not even that hot but with humidity at 100%, that made my run pretty yucky, yes, yucky. The energy was sucked from me and while I wasn't gasping for air at the end of my run, I was nearly wiped out. I made it, though, and I added a small amount of time, so I'm feelin' alright.
