too late

Grrrr....

I waited too long to go for a run today and then the really bad weather moved in. Yay, i just love blowing a perfectly good morning and early afternoon leaving me with a second day in a row without getting outside more than to get the mail.

No hike. No run. Just another pathetic person who doesn't care enough to do anything about his or her own physical health. Well, that's the way I feel right now. Or maybe not. Perhaps I'm just ticked off that I've gone two days in a row without hitting the trail.
