Back on Track...

It seems clear that my best running occurs when the temperature is a bit cooler, when the sun's not shining down from directly overhead with a clear blue sky. Once again, a run today at sunset was successful... the way it shoulda been last time.

About 80 minutes on the trail...

Nothin' bad to say about any of today's music. First time I've ever heard and of this and it made for a great hour plus on the trail. The Pigpen Rap, in particular, is quite interesting and so is Barbed Wire Whipping Party... man, weird, wild stuff.
