Twas a while ago, my dad had open heart surgery last summer and he needed someone to help him out and I could... so since I was contemplating heading back to the Lower 48 anyway, I did. It's weird being a part of America again. Yeah, Alaska is America but seriously, the place is almost its very own country. I just wish it was a little colder down here!
Alaska is a part of America and is most beautiful because it has been the most unscathed by the perils of Building and Greed. America has 50 states (and other places).

Hey Anon, I don't mean to be rude or anything and not to put to fine a point on it but of course Alaska is part of the United States and I don't know if you've ever been there (I haven't) but what Zoooma was talking about was his experience living there for several years.

The SC upstate's weather has been rather annoying. The weekend before last it snowed. Then by last Thursday it was in the 70's!!! This weekend isn't lookin too much better heat wise. Right now its looking like the high for the week is goin to be 77 and then the next day drop to 54.

I am almost starting to like this stuff. NOT the song or anything at all about this beautiful posting of Jer & Gris & the gang, whom I have seen at this venue once, & it was amazing, but this weird sort of back&forth bickering. I sense that Anon, who interupted a private conversation between Zoom & Foll is an antagonist, perhaps a religious fanatic, attepting to provoke a chord of discord in the depths of a real live American. but, then again, What do I know?
