But nay. I was even lucky enough growing up to see each of play dozens of times at the Meadowlands (and I remember seeing my first football game (The Jets) at Shea.)

I think I have a legitimate reason for picking the Bears. My dad grew up in a suburb close to the north side of Chicago... he was always a Bears fan... so I drifted to Da Bearz as a kid and stuck with 'em. Could you blame me? I mean seriously -- Walter Payton. 'Nuff said!

But I'll say more -- the 1985 Bears! One of the best teams EVER!

So while I still have a profound appreciation for Bergen County and North Jersey, I chose not to be a sheep and I went with being different.

But you have chosen to disrespect my father and for that I could have you killed.... if i was in the mob, which I'm not... or am I?

Watch your back, anonymous. Or maybe you just haven't been paying attention, watching as the Pats get sloppier and sloppier each week over the last half of the season as the Giants get better and better.

Me, I think the Pats peaked weeks ago and are running on luck right now. The Giants, they have the big Mo and are Peaking just at the right time. Now, if only they could get that secondary healthy . . .Countertophttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01059405469013648135noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-69713979202370211.post-16376087494284235682008-01-21T16:46:00.000-05:002008-01-21T16:46:00.000-05:00Wish I could say that I was confident that the Gia...Wish I could say that I was confident that the Giants could beat the Gaytriots. Hard to see how N.E. could lose. However, I see a close game. The Giants can score against anyone and the Gaytriots Defense is opportunistic at best. Which means that if the annointed one (aka Eli) can play smart for a fourth straight week (and that's a big "if"), then the Giants should be able to keep it close. And if Brady plays as shaky as he did against the injury depleted Chargers (and WHAT was the deal with Landanian pussying out????), then it could get interesting.

It's been a great season, since the feeling in Noo Yawk was that Big Blue was heading for a 6 and 10 season.

But... I... want... more!Nazz Nomadhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03722964855836770177noreply@blogger.com
